Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer based in the Asia-Pacific region? We're looking for someone to help us cover the time between New Zealand and Sweden, so our customers always have someone in their corner.

We’re looking for a self-motivated Technical Support Engineer who is comfortable working independently. You enjoy digging into problems, communicating clearly with customers, and collaborating asynchronously with a distributed team. Since we work remotely, you’ll be given a lot of freedom — and with that comes the responsibility to do work that is genuinely valuable.
You have at least 2 years of experience in a technical support role and are used to owning issues end-to-end without needing close supervision.
You will be the primary support contact during APAC business hours, helping customers across our CloudAMQP and LavinMQ products. Some of the tasks your role will include:
